You can vote until 8pm this up coming. If you arn't sure of where, you can dial 311 on your phone to reach the city of ottawa and ask them for all details, including what ward you are in, where to vote, who is running, etc.

if you previously lived in ottawa, but changed an address, all it takes is an oath to vote!
you can amend the voting list by bringing a bill in your name or a piece of ID

if you want to know about who's running, simply type city of ottawa elections into google search, and from there you can get the names of councilers in your ward, and the names of running mayors. 99% of canidates have there own website.
