I decided to look up the etymology of 'gaga'.
The most common usage is overenthusiastic to the point of irrationality. However, it's lesser common use means senile. The etymology of this is french hospital slang meaning senile bed wetter.
I feel like writing this to Lady Gaga's fanbase inbox. I think she'd be amused to know. :)
